Great news! The First Circuit just scheduled oral arguments in our appeal for December 5 at 930amin Boston.  This is a very welcome development.  The court does not always hold oral argument on an appeal, nor hold it this quickly.  The December 5 date means that we are now on track to proceed ahead of the schedule we had previously envisioned.

Massive turn of events taking place. With the news at hand expect major investment houses to start taking their seats before the major MSOs light up. The small pop in sp was due to cannabis laws about to take a new precedence. All signs are pointing to the Boise case going to the SCOTUS. There is zero government interest in stoping cannabis from being regulated by each State. By the time this is heard by SCOTUS, we will be well above the 24/50 states who have legal cannabis and we will have well over 80% who have medical cannabis. Technically they could but there is a process, which will take time, so no. Until then Curaleaf will enjoy further growth in Germany, UK, Poland, New York, Ohio and soon Florida :)
