, outcomes from 302 patients with generalised anxiety disorder were analysed. Cannabis-based medicinal products (CBMPs) were associated with improvements in anxiety, sleep quality and quality of life over 12 months. By analysing patient data from the UK Medical Cannabis Registry (UKMCR), real-world evidence supports the potential impact of CBMPs on a range of treatment-resistant conditions. More research is needed to determine optimal formulations and the long-term effects.
