Had the dems
won the election, there would not have been any tax loss selling. probably would have been a $6+ stock today, but on the bright side this does present a buying opportunity for the likely bounce back at the end of the month ahead of the rescheduling decission. most people understand that the resheduling hearing is normal government proceedings ( crossing T's doting i,s), not some kind of conspiracy that a few on this board think.

what can you do when you do not have the votes "thanks to republicans". but the dems have done plenty they are the reason medical cannabis is where it is at today legal in 38 states also the legalization of recreational pot in 24 states.

As crazy Mitchell McConnell told Schumer a couple years ago "You had control of the house and senate and could have passed anything, but you DIDN't!" - referring to Safe Banking.

Sorry Duster Dems had the majority Votes when Biden took office in 2020 they owned ther House and Senate and WH. and have not done what the said they were going to do. Don Murphy Repulican founder of the American Cannabis Collective on Capital Hill, has said we have the votes for SAFER to pass in the Senate. Big Pharma Chuckie has always been the road block.

People have no problem lying, especailly in the filthy game called politics, don't listen to what people say watch what they do - actions speak louder than words. America has voted Trump for a reason.

does not matter only a slim majority still not enough votes. as the majorty of dems support legalization but not all maybe around 50% that combined with 90% of republicans that do not support hard to get anything passed when you do not have the votes. maybe trump and kennedy can change some minds on the republican side. we will see.

one good thing is that the republicans are spineless and if trump indeed really wants to legalize cannabis they will bend the knee and kiss the ring. that bodes well for us down the road, however this is not on his first 100 days to do list.

"spineless"? because they decided to vote in favor of cannabis that has helped millions and killed no one. Thats not "spineless" thats called being enlightened and getting informed. Nothing wrong with being wrong and change your mind.

they are spinless because they can not make their own decissions, they just fall inline with the all mighty leader. even when he is in the wrong like impeachment for example they all fell inline and voted not to impeach and many other issues. so that could be a good thing for potential legalization.

Yes, that was me when Canada legalized, I thought the PM was a whack job. In time I learned it did make sense, and later that cannabis is way less detrimental to health than alcohol.
