Probably in the 5.60 area.  If the offering was raised to $150 million, then there must have been enough demand to meet that supply.  Funds and institutions probably requested a ton of shares. And if they raise $150 million, there is very little chance that the dividend will be cut this year, even if it is a challenging year.  Many investors will sit and collect a 10% dividend
