You've all been had.

They can't create a share offering overnight.  It takes weeks, probably months of planning to do this kind of thing.  They knew long ago that they were going to offer these shares.  And their buddies at the investment banks knew what the price was going to be.

Don't you think it's quite a coincidence that they announced 2 DAYS BEFORE that they needed more money?  Isn't it funny how the offering was snapped up COMPLETELY within minutes?  There are no shares left available for you or I to purchase at 5.60.  Those were gone within minutes of the offering.  NONE LEFT!

Do you not think the banks promised the buyers of the offering that the share price would never be allowed to sink to that level?  How else do you explain the buying today?  Who in their right mind would buy at anything over 5.60?

You've all been duped.  The corruption in this company and its management is incredible.
Don't expect the regulators to do anything either.  They're probably in on this as well.

BNPUN, you do raise some very valid points. What I found odd with the NR concerning the cost overruns was that Canexus stated exactly how much the cost overruns were, but did not state what caused them. Something is not as it seems... I for one have not been a buyer as of late. Something just doesn't add up... Kherson

No conspiracy or real maliciousness that I can see. Especially now that the share price is about $1 lower than that bought deal, these institutions that bought got screwed if they weren't able to unload them over time... true if they made a ~4% commission they could afford to sell it a bit cheaper to lighten up as necessary. Bought Deal means all the shares were essentially blocked off and ...more
