They release earnings etc Thur night They would not dare mention a divy reduction under present circumstances. I think that by no divy reduction, and decent results, the market will respond. Pipelines are years and years away, and cus is in the lead now for rail transport. The only negative would be fraudulent activity by the deposed ceo. How likely is that? This company cannot afford to blow the Thur release or the 5.60 pp boys will be on the warpath. To me this looks like a blue light special. 3 weeks ago everyone was raving about this co. Things cannot have changed that much ??

Actually I don’t see where a surprise will come from for Q4 results, they already pre-announced Q4 results on January 16th along with the secondary offering. Actually January was the kitchen sink month with the disclosure of the $90m over spend and thee warning on Q4 EBITDA running at $25m (due to shipments being pushed into Q1). They also confirmed on January that NATO phase 2 is on track for ...more

Nawar - good analysis. Seems to coincide with mine on all points.  To follow up - if the market is pricing a dividend cut this week - the big question to me is - why now?  Are they cash strained? (Not likely with a $150M liquidity infusion).  What would would be the compelling driver to cut NOW when everything at this point are just forecasts? This is where analysis has to drive ...more
