Thank you Nawar - your insights are always extremely valuable - eventually we will hit a bottom -  the CFO mentioned it would be a "month or so" for the signed contract - so that would give us to April 15 give or take a few weeks - for such an announcement.  In the meantime - i do agree this is a great buying opportunity.
