whatever the reason - its a pleasant surprise.   I was expecting to reinvest my dividends tomorrow at around $4.95 - this is a gift!

It looks like we will be in this tight $4.7 to $5 range until we get the 4th contract signed, and have some clarity on the dividend distribution. This of course should matter only to short term traders. When NATO is completed by August/September it will be a different story. Regards, Nawar
