Level 2 info sought
Had a bid in at (limit) 4.01 that never got filled despite the price going down to 3.97. I was told by BMO it was because I wanted a thou and they weren't available. Am I missing something here? Surely 1000 shares was available at 4 or under no?

I had an order in for 3000 shares at 3.99 that didnt fill either. I think it was a few minute blip when it touched 4 and lower.

The trades at the bottom may have been 'in-house' trades, so you wouldn't have had access to them. In cases like this, if you want shares, it is best to just hit the ask. Otherwise, it can take off and you lose out.

I did, just a gentlemen I had a hard time understanding telling me that "limit orders are sometimes problematic."
