 I guess it was inevitable...... * Canexus Corp : CIBC cuts target price to C$6 from C$6.50; rating sector performer * Canexus Corp : BMO cuts target price to C$5.50 from C$5.75; rating market perform * Canexus Corp : Acumen Capital cuts target price to C$4.60 from C$5.80; rating hold * Canexus Corp : TD Securities cuts to hold from buy

it should be noted - TD downgraded from $6.5 a share to $5.00 price target.

This is the last needed step in the expectations re-set as we hit the bottom of the doom cycle, and yet the stock can hardly weaken meaningfully from here. As stated yesterday, it won’t take much of an improvement to reverse perception from here, possible catalysts over the next 2/3 quarters: - New CEO hiring - Eventual 100% contracting at NATO. - Finalizing construction - Ramp up faster than ...more

CUS is fotunate to be traded on the TSX rather than a US exchange. A quarterly report like this one along with the dividend cut probably would have had the stock down 30 / 40% in the fickle markets south of the border. Downgrades along with the inevitable further dividend cuts don't bode well for any quick turn around plus the only people who are in the money from holding this stock over the ...more
