The likes of Meg are going to need every bbl of unit train capacity .With today's margin on crude , they will have to maximize production and delivery to protect their profit levels and service their big debt loads.  CUS nato is here and now, there will be a lineup for their shipping capacity.  Just might be the mid stram company that Meg was squeezing out when they stalled the pipeline hookup.
