Clarification on Capacity

Lets be clear: Management is indicating that Blunderheim is operating at 40% of its 'Mythical' capacity of 11 Trains a week. The actual current capacity is around 4 trains a week. Blunderheim is currently operating at less than capacity of 4 trains a week. AND, at 4 trains a week, this pig has negative cash flow. There's a reason management is dumping its shares.
