Lack of insider buying / selling is good news IMO. If there is any pending deals the insiders are subject to a blackout period, otherwise it would be considered insider trading - a no no. Also the SP has been trending higher, even after the EX-DIV day, which is another positive. - Uber

Can you not read.  Quote  "Definitive offers for the potential purchase of NATO are to be submitted to Canexus in the back half of December. In addition, nominations from our customers for the month of December are at our expectations." There have been no inider sales since Dec15th, the time after which offers are to be submitted. Just enjoy your new year and be patient.

Judging from his profile he was burned by Poseidon Concepts Corp... So he wants the rest of us to feel his pain / wants the world to burn? Everyone who invests usually has a bad stock pick, but we move on and reform our investment strategies and learn. I question his motivation, either he is just bitter or short on this stock. Does he even own it? If he owns it, I'd guess he's under water.
