THE SOLUTION

I don’t know why it has taken me so long to realize that the solution to all that is wrong with Canexus is right in front of us.
 
We should install Kherson as Chairman of the BOD c/w unlimited authority.
 
With his unparalleled ability to identify incompetence and unethical behavior in others combined with his awe inspiring “Financial Expertise” he would have Canexus on the path to success in record time.
 
An added bonus is that due to the fact that he owns no shares he would be truly Independent.
 
What could possibly go wrong ??
