relaxing covenants.

classic good news, bad news announcement. the good news is that banks are relaxing covenants, the bad news is that the company cannot meet the agreed upon covenants. to me the bad news far outweighs the good news.  the two terms that make me run for the hills on any company are: strategic review and any mention of covenants.
