Are arbitagers heading for the exit?
More than a few skeletons in the SPB closet. Hedge and swap losses of $145 mill and .30 loss in current q has heads shaking over the proposed merger. Vote NO!!!

Hard to tell what the share price of CUS should be since it is now linked to the SPB price until the vote takes place. I have to say I find it very unusual for an all stock deal to be proposed when the share price of the acquiring company is trading at near three lows. Vote NO!
