Actually pennydredful, I disagree with that statement. If Canexus shareholders have any hope of saving the company, a few of the present directors will need to remain. If shareholders decide to vote them all out, then the directors would now have the legal argument of deciding who leaves and who stays. Personally, I believe that shareholders need to vote out the following directors; David R
