2015 Annual Incentive Measures

"For 2015, the Compensation Committee considered that the overall performance factor was 123% of target".

Tell that to the shareholders with a straight face!

But what is just as hilarious is that since the end of 2012, the share price has lost 80% of it's value, but the total NEO 2 year average compensation  has gone up 8%! Rest assured, Canexus has blamed the collapse of oil prices as the reason for their stock's demise!

Now you know why Canexus can no longer pay a dividend!
