This is really interesting in light of the fact that Doug stated that in the September 14th news release, "successful completion of the planned financing which has been in the works for several months will allow us to repay the $75 million term loan maturing in May, 2017". So the question now has to be asked, was the buyer influenced by knowing Material Information that was not available
