Focus on 2018 presentation

Was wondering about what seemed to be an overall lack of specifics in the presentation re business improvement initiatives.  Not a great confidence builder.  The one thing that appeared a bit explicit was Wonnacott's reference to "There will be some employee related costs that we'll take out". Does that sound like layoffs ? Any rumours anyone has heard?
