Canexus closes Private Placement...
Keep in mind of the $110 million raised, I believe that $25 million will be used to pay for the lawsuit with SPB. Having said that, does anyone know what became of the MEG lawsuit? Kherson

As usual the idiot Kherson gets it backwards. CUS will be receiving the Break fee from SPB of $25 mill.

Phoenix_trader, where has it been confirmed CUS will receive the Break fee?

With respect to all, I don't think either side is going to get a break-up fee from this. The US regulators turned down what looked like a fairly reasonable compromise. I don't think either Canexus or SPB can seriously be accused of bad faith towards the deal.

Still waiting for Phoenix_trader................This won't be resolved for months maybe years. Also sure wish I could get some of those notes at 7.85%. That rate must be due to the chances of cashing them in at the end are by no means a guarantee.

Dont forget Kherson is the same clown who was buying and pumping Canexus when it was at $7.00, don't know why he is so bitter though, it is still his best performing stock ever.
