Cenovus Warrants
Has anyone considered converting their warrants to stock,,??????

Considered it? Yes but I can't see the value in it. I can sell the warrants for more than I would get from converting and selling. (not sure why)

Warrants have an intrinsic value (current share price - strike price) plus a time value premium and a volatility premium. The closer to warrant expiry date, the lower the premium, as the time value decays. Same pricing theory as options trading applies.
