on the Chinese..Only the Chinese, no other groups.  Then finally outright banned Chinese immigration with the Exclusion Act of 1923.  

Still to this day, We Take their money, take their labour and spit in their eyes.

go ask those chinese families, were their decision to immigrate to canada a good or bad one. ! guarantee you 100% of them will say they will chose to be canadian.  A country has a right to ban immigration.   What contribution the communist chinese gave to canada after 1949?

MONEY.... Canada a RICH country.  RICH in EVERYTHING.   Life is relatively/comparatively EASY here.       Just because immigrants come here doesn't me RACISM does not exist... They would be more happy here if Racist people like you wern't around.... But they put up with you because dispite people like you, there are others not like you, and Canadian life is/was easier.    All just my opinion/view/thinking.
