It has. Mckenzie puts his money where his mouth is. Interesting tidbit on oil sands, Cenovus has been increasing production at their 2 major plays more than anyone else in the past 2 years - the rest of them is a mixed bag (pun intended - Firebag SU's asset is one of the worst performers). Cenovus knows oil sands.
