You're right with SU, i don't even watch that POS. It has been in the doghouse since it cut its dividend when covid hit and CNQ left it in the dust.Still puzzled why CVE lags the ones I mentioned.

Warren Buffet's wisdom is sound, as it should be. I am not sure of the wisdom of selling a stock that is, "lagging" the sector in favour of ones that appear to be leading the sector.   If I was looking to buy into the Oil sector I would be looking for a stock that is lagging the sector with great fundimentals as it may have the most to gain. I would be looking for CVE

How much is this off its peak compared to the others. You don't drop as much you're not gonna climb as much. It will make you feel better nine point partners has this in their portfolio now which they didn't before
