Note all figures on a yearly basis

WTI       + 1.5 B
WCS diff  + .340B
321 Crack spreads + 1.8B

Excluding the rin rate 3.64 x .75 = 2.73B

Oil doesn't need to go any higher 

Guess I'm just stupid
