Though my brokerage account shows US $28 PT, could be an error and should be $28 CAD?

Oil futures up almost 4% this morning. Looks like another leg up for Cenovus. Regardless of targets.

Was $28 CAD last night when I checked. This morning it says $40 CAD but it also says reiterated.   GLTA
