Class Action Defendants

The Ontario Class Action approved on Tuesday April 20, 2021 names the following defendants as jointly and severaly liable for the losses incurred by the debenture holders who held $34.5 million of the June 2018 8.375% unsecured convertible debentures of Discovery Air Inc., associated accrued and unpaid interest (since January 1, 2018) and punative damages for the alleged oppressive actions by the defendants.
