From a year ago.
OK, here is my simple view.
Significant discount from book. 34$
Going to make just under 4 a share.
6 and change pe. Decent div. Of 4.8%
I bought some at 26.5, going to clip the div for a cost of low 26.
2 years from now book will be over 40 and hopefully National buys them for 45 bucks to get Western exposure.
National does not have a branch in Kelowna, so that's a personal hope.
