The math...
lets just say that NA trades back to its 200 day average of 99.84 x .45 is 44.92 minus a 5% arbitrage discount puts the price at $42.68
so if you buy today as an example at $41.30 and a year from now it closes at $44.92..(if you just wait to get the share exchange at the .45 )..thats about 8.8% gain plus any dividend payments
if you take the arb price thats about 3.3% plus any dividend gains over the year
