Cxb vs fiore share price
I understand why cxb share price is under pressure but I am surprised that fiore is trading at nearly the same price. Anyone have any thoughts on why?

Regardless of the share price of CXB, considering the fact that the acquisition is basically a one for one share swap ( 0.994 : 1 ) plus 10 cents per share in cash, Fiore share price should be trading at a $0.10 premium to the price of CXB. I moved just over a 1/3 of my CXB shares into Fiore shares, should give me a $2500 "dividend" ... theoretically, and
