We need resolution of this merger and at these prices it's not a sure thing anymore .

This will be a done deal. B2Gold who owns 30% of Calibre has already given their thumbs up to the deal. They only need 67% over all for approval. In my mind this is an excellent deal for Caliber share holders. Even at current production these two mines will generate 40-50 mil in the bank each year. I am not worried so much about CXB backing out.....I am thinking Fiore shareholders having second thoughts.The deal is nowhere as sweet as when it was first struck .

If I were a Fiore shareholder I,d be jumping all over this. (I,m not a fiore but a substantial calibre shareholder). A fiore shareholder could sell a share for $1.30 of a 50,000 oz producer and buy a caliber share at $1.25 of a 250,000 per oz producer next year with upside growth. I think a no brainer for fiore shareholders Imho. I predict caliber will be $2.25 by end of 2022. GLTA.

Bentouttashape, Actually, if you were planning to be a long term shareholder of Calibre, you would have taken advantage of the opportunity to give yourself a $0.10 per share cash gift by selling CXB shares when the acquisition was announced and buy Fiore shares as the deal was basically a one for one swap (0.994).
