The more this happens (news + share price decline) the more one has to scratch their head. CXB = everything but the share price and has for a long time now. Not a week, not a month...

Those who can Will : Manipulate the share price on the way up and on the way down and on the way back up again - and in the end they will make all of the $$. Retail investors will have a limited window of opportunity at some point in the future (2049 then?) but will otherwise be combed of their cash in the meantime. CXB is just a game for those who can play it. You could say that CXB is being "Ruled". One might find some air in that balloon if one cares to dig deep enough...
