Why does team biden, as he surely did not make personally make this call, get to call these shots around the globe?  And with this being a Canadian Company, do they get to call the shots of all foreign companies operating here?  What is CXB supposed to do, stop their operation there or?

All team biden is doing is allowing China to just move further and further northward from South America and gain influence closer and closer to the US.
