I have been in the gold and silver stocks for more than 2 decades Calibre has some of the best people in the business however the location has been a thorn in there side and with the sanction that might not include Calibre at the moment it could change at any time. You can have the best house ever built but if its in a dangerous neighborhood you will never see true value.

You can say also that if you have business and your neighbour's business are closed or limited because of sanction you get more benefit example get environmental approval easier
