Eventhough Oil stocks are doing much better than Miners, with Gold up not sure why ?

Now the manipulation is haywire, manipulation is the signature of wird moves in commodities, US dollar down .59 and gold down when it should be up and oil crashed when it should be up. Also oil is never ever this much down before the oil inventory at 10:30 , never.
