Looking ahead into the next few weeks with Dog and Pony shows in the USA starting in Sept..

The catalyst to move CXB into the rerating are on the horizon with new assays pending and increasing reserves in NFLD.


The company is already drilling with three rigs targeting new gold along the Valentine Lake Shear Zone. Hall said that the company is looking forward to its first results in the next few weeks.

Big question is - will this grade increase from grade confirmation drilling extend across all planned benches at the Marathon pit? The PR covered (3 benches, I think). And of course the REAL BIG question - is grade similarly underestimated across all 3 pits?

Who Knows and I can guess it won't be known until further drilling on the other pits? One thing often said is that depth of drilling targets remain untested so the potential for a deep mine remains possible. If so then the suggestion the resource is similar to that in Ontario remains open. Today TSE:CXBlink Calibre Mining ...more

RE : who knows...... Thing is, i guess we will only know this grade detail as mine planning moves ahead. In the case of the latest PR we heard that grade confirmation drilling of 3 benches at Marathon show a nearly 50 % increase in grade as compared the 2022 MRE. This kind of drilling ( I assume) is only done a bit in advance of mining - so it's not like we're gonna see them come out ...more

Before becoming a producer in Nicaragua Calibre was a highly successful exploration company with great geologists that have a talent for finding gold.  You see them recycle profits into drilling and consistently coming out with great drill results.
