- management "aware" of the previous timeline they gave regarding m&a (q3, early q4) and are working hard at meeting those goals - because the covis acquisition went well they are now "in a position to do something, this quarter, next quarter, ...quarter after" this was as specific as management went regarding identifying timelines - m&a pipeline robust; they are approached with deals all the time - because they've grown cxr, they have become more interesting to potential acquirers; however, this is not their focus now - leverage will fall sub 4 if no deals are done by year end
