Give this news some time to get absorbed, and we should see a considerable bounce within a short timeframe. With the new numbers, dilution etc, and a reasonable 10X multiple this should be in excess of 150.00. The shares are up on NASDQ 1.78 usd to 84.17 USD. The new share offer "Bought Deal" will be done in the states only and the issue given to AMCo is around 82.00-83.00 usd. So for now the Canadian SP is trying to reflect this.
