Is the Financing really done?  It was a US marketed deal, not a Bot deal. If i was a Hedge Fund i would refuse to pay given it fell $10 the first day and 12 the second day. Settlement is Sept 30th. Does anyone have more colour on this?

Debt proforma is more like 4.5x which is still abit high but more acceptable for a transformational deal. 6x doesn't include equity raised or any synergies.. This mess is just about bad timing. Thats the markets though.
