If your investing in this, maybe you should read the Sedar documents. The IB syndicate is funding the debt refinancing for the acquisition.  However, the issue and the pricing doesn't close until next week.

BTW, I started a new position in this this week (needless to say I'm down a bit). There are two 'new' headwinds for the company right now...  1) drug pricing  ( which is a questionable whether it will affect them) and 2) finance cost (they've will have seen an increase in cost since August). However, I think the share price reaction has been overblown.
