I agree fully with the letter. CXR was formed to model the Valeant/Biovail merger.  There is no genious to it. It had been done and many are scrambling to do the same.   CXR will be merged with a US entity at some point.  It just had to be of a size to warrant a reverse takeover.  That has now been acheived so I expect that merger to be on an accelerated schedule.
