CEO just confirmed that now the blackout period is over he will be a buyer of shares.

When he says he will be a buyer, is that him personally or CXR the company buying back their own shares.

Him personally. He had mentioned this in prior interviews so he reiterated that now that the blackout period is over he (personally) will be buying shares.
