Beacon Securities - recent note to clients

The re-valuing of the sector, coupled with Concordias substantial debt load, probably means the end of its financial arbitrage as a means to continue its non-organic [growth] for the foreseeable future Doug Cooper, an analyst with Beacon Securities... This [heavy debt load] has forced the company to change its strategy from a growth-through-acquisition story to purely an internal growth story, driven by the new product launches at AMCo. ... With no imminent acquisition catalysts, we believe the shares will be range bound. .... the old story repeats itself - CXR has acquires products not companies. Amco was an exception and along with it came operational synergies and 60 product pipeline. No mention of enough cash flow to put a serious dent in the debt in short order or forecast growth in sales. No mention of ridiculously low trading multiples. I wonder what he is promoting these days?

"No mention of ridiculously low trading volumes, I wonder what he is promoting these days?"   It's pretty clear from that last sentence that Beacon is shorting CXR.and hoping to drive the SP lower.

Do you know the size of Beacon Sec? haha, if you think they have the juice to singlehandedly take the share price lower, you should get out of the name now.

open your mind pineapple. I hold 6k shares and see no interest in a lower SP nor do I think that this BB can influence SP to any significance. My intent is to be thought provoking and stir some meaningful conversation. Your reply is not meaningful so stop cluttering the board with personal attacks. Going golfing now, so don't bother replying. THX

My post was only an attempt to understand what some peripheral advisors are saying to their clients in order to understand buying apathy in light of this excellent investment opportunity. If CXR is not an excellent investment at this SP, then what is??? Insiders think it is and so do I.

Last sentence in the note from Beacon: "No mention of ridiculously low trading volumes, I wonder what he is promoting these days?"  Did wnotwrong get a job writing notes for Beacon? "No mention of ridiculously low trading volumes, I wonder what he is promoting these days?"
