Yesterday gains wiped out

Back to Monday and Tuesday support. I am looking for a little change of trend around 10:30. Still may see a dip below 51 dollars, however, probably short lived.

Nice play CJ. But how come you didn't get the 54.90 ?  hehe

If it wad that easy, everybody would be doing it.  Fact is, it isn't.  So any beginner can buy on a dip and sell on a high and make money every time?  It worked a couple times.  My guess is that it won't work for you very soon.  You are a newbie to TA and you think you have it figured out already?  You look at the 13-day moving average and when SP gets $5 ...more

I am surprised that some guys find the TA side boring. It seems to move the market very predictably. I am basically a fundamentalist, but that doesn't always work out with all the short attacks sending my stocks seriously underwater. Just hoping they come back but long time holding my breathe. Fundamentals on CXR have always been a positive and its too bad this info cannot be kept in a ...more

I find the analysis fascinating. I use that info and store it. Just like anything else I read, everyone can draw their own conclusions. What you do with the info is up to each individual. It helped me be brave enough to double dip in $38 range, which has saved my azs. Trust me, I was nervous pushing that button !!!  So tyvm TA guys

I have no problem with TA being on the board, and am certainly not complaining about it being on the board. It's just not my cup fo tea. I have never seen anything that shows that it's predictions give statistically significant positive results. If anyone can direct me to anything that says otherwise I would gladly jump in and trade on TA indicators that predict statistically ...more

hi marcel7: I thank you for your insights and experience regarding good fundamentals and stock picking. I agree with you whole heartedly, probably moreso with largecaps. Time will tell whether it pans out with the small - midcap stocks I own. Maybe too much time. However, I think that equating TA with the casino games is a huge stretch. There are so many people trading on TAs that at the very ...more

You said you are making money using that method.  Anyway, I am honestly happy to see you make money whether it's sustainable or not.  I just caution that using that method can make a 180 in a heartbeat.  You've just started using TA (correct me if I'm wrong) and you've had some success but time will be the true measure of it working or not.  I last added to my ...more

You must have been snoozing. $50.60 - $54.96 was not a gain? So you found some hot shot that noticed this one gain $10 in a couple weeks, and now puts a hold on it. Where were you on November the 23rd when CXR fell back $6 after gaining $10. The same rhythm is happening and will continue for some time yet.

GP....  Your 10:30  time on a day turnaround was spot on. I noticed that six dollar retrace the other day also and was expecting something like that again. might be a bit premature but I put in my weekly low's as $41.62, last week $47.60, and this week $49.82. The weekly low is building and certainly expect that to continue on much of the oversold health sector.

Higher highs and higher lows. An awesome trend. Is that your Audi R8 in the picture?- very nice car. I like the Audis. Cheers.

No Adam. I wish. That is my dream machine. Pretty sure CXR will get me to my goal. In the meantime I have to be content with my almost two-year-old and A4 .

I would have thoughtbullchart could afford the payments on the R8 from his daily trading profits. C'mon bullchart live the dream for our sakes!  LOL
