What's with the volatility on CXR
Not really concerned as I'm holding long but was wondering why cxr has been this volatile? Is it people taking earnings after the q3 or is it shorts? Anyone have any insight? I haven't seen any news lately. Dare I say that Cxr has been more volatile than VRX and nhc. Those two are the ones with all those lawsuits if I'm not mistaken.

As far as I can tel it is the Mackie downgrading the stock. But maybe someone else can confirm if there is anything else that is going on? Went from $54 to $45 in less than a week

yeah that's quite odd. Nearly 20% in a week or so. Mackie had phm as a buy when it was trading over $1. Lol analysts can be quite funny
