total debt, payment on Fryday

To finance the Acquisition, the Company entered into agreements relating to term loans, senior unsecured debt and equity bridge loans totalling $2,842,250 as follows: Debt financing facilities Principal Term US denominated term loan ....................................................... $ 1,100,000 6 years GBP denominated term loan .................................................... £ 500,000    6 years Senior unsecured debt .............................................................. $ 790,000     7 years Extended bridge loan ................................................................ $ 135,000      7 years Equity bridge loan .................................................................... $ 45,000    2 years

This is total debt, they are paying around 9% capital-debt from the first year, after 1 1/2 month from the new acquisition.

No. They are not paying 9% on the total loan. Go back and review the interest rates associated with each loan. Blended rate is 7.25% with the smaller bridge loans at 9.5%. This is why they are paying them down first, 25% from this quarter CF and I assume will have them paid by the end of 2016 (25%/Q). The debt burden will drop and so will the blended rate.

I said that :<the interest is very low for $45 mil ,only 1 1/2 month.>regarding total loan. I calculate very aprox the capital of the loan, only for the first year because some of them have deadline 6 or 7 years, the first and the second year are a little bit different. The deadline for each loan is explained on business report on sedar.com, doesn't matter what is blended rate, they are ...more

So I still don't understand your point, starting with the subject line Fryday instead of Friday? Of course they will pay down the highest interest and shortest term loans first. The interest on the remaining loans are very manageable from forecasted cash flow. You have a negative tone that seems a bit misleading.

I said:<They really carry about the rate.>It is far to be negative. Your tone is very to on a grammatical issue instead to read what I wrote! More than it , you were wrong in your precedent message!

OMG - healthstock - what planet are you from? Auditor or not, I have no idea what you are talking about most of the time. Give us a break please. Do you really work in english language? Also, fyi... Zack is really Zacks - a family name. How do you miss that? sorry bud

OGM=organisme gntiquement modifi=GMO=genetically modified organisms OGM is FRENCH language. OGM and French language are so international recognized that everyone know about OGM !!In French! English is recognized as The Language of Global Business and French as Language of Diplomacy. OGM!! How do YOU miss that?!

organisme gntiquement modifi I do not know why when I post it the words were changed!
Comment by healthstock1234 on Dec 17, 2015 11:31am
look on the Internet about OGM, when I posted in French on stockhouse they changed the words!

I really should not respond and should put you on ignore with health1234. But, what does your post have to do with mine? I wrote OMG, etc. - you write OGM, blah, blah, blah - bunch of garbage about french meaning? I guess there is a twisted message in there somewhere. OMG's are delicious chocolatey graham clusters mixed with toffee bits, almonds or peanuts with a taste that ...more

I wrote some days ago about OGM ,if you do not understand  it and you have changed the letters,it is because of your education level. What you wrote represents your character!

Adamchess,  .... Damn I like your character and all I want for Christmas is my ignores to work and some of those OMG's.    LMAO.   Chart

Wow!! My OMG ("oh my god") had nothing to do with anything you wrote a couple of days ago. It was merely my expression of being astouded by your posts that continue to be confounding and utterly useless because your english is so bad. I doubt your proficiency in any other language is any better. We can only guess as to their meaning and whether meant to be positive or negative to CXR. I ...more

Despite your fluency in English, I suspected your education level on October.I said nothing because stockhouse is not a private site and you do not need to be professional to invest in CXR. I already have a formed opinion about some stockhouse members, simply, I will ignore you doesn't matter what you say.

Everyone please stop this mindless drivel. Just clutter. And don't respond to this one. THX
Comment by slightfan1 on Dec 17, 2015 1:45pm
sunshine7, I was just about to write the same when I saw your "NO MORE DRIVEL " post. I have the trouble makers on ignore but if it continues, I will also put on ignore the people that banter with them. It is very annoying.
Comment by adamchess on Dec 17, 2015 2:05pm
sorry slightfan1 and sunshine7 and others: i will try to be more focussed to CXR discussions and sp in future. Yeah, about that education thing - it's not too high, but for some reason they keep delivering that CPA magazine to my house with my name on it. Sorry if I hurt your feelings in October. Get over it already. Seasons greetings!  PS. FYI... some of my posts are partially in jest and not even directed at you. For example, my post about CXR analysts opinions and having no friends, etc. which ...more
