CXRX vs iBB Index

In the past 30 days (recent low), CXR has out performed iBB by 25% (iBB being relatively flat) even while short interest reached its peak. We know there is a positive correlation, so should there be a strong bounce in bio index, it would provide good tail winds for continued and maybe accelerated CXR appreciation. The stars are aligning folks.
