What Is Wrong With Concordia?

Interesting article on SA that reflects my thoughts on the situation. Rather than providing a long-winded post here, read... https://seekingalpha.com/article/3958834-wrong-concordia

Many people compare CXR to VRX...Both stocks trading patten pretty similar...We saw what happend to VRX last week...This coming week earning report is extremtly important for CXR ...This stock can go to $60 if beat the earning and $25 if it miss...My opinion CXR will beat the earning and the stock will finally break away from VRX shadow...I also think lots of money from VRX will move over CXR...3 ...more

I'm glad you disclosed that you bought 2000 shares on Friday near closing.  At least we know where your fanaticism is coming from.

Sunshine.  I actually like this Seeking Alpha author.  I read a lot of her stuff.   I have to wonder if Inzy may have felt differently at the end of the week - as she wrote the article the morning after Valeant confessed to their sins and Inz repents that she bought more shares at $41.18.  .... I was surprised Donville said CXR has too much debt last time he was asked to comment. Nothing has changed from when he has owned the shares in the last 4 months after buying AMCo. His fund still has CXR as one of his top holdings. I guess he is just chiming in with what others are saying for the most part and he will just be happy when the company has several good quarters and investors start ...more

Adamchess, Your naivity concerns me. I will tell you how GWL could have been wrong,  just as the "Harvard guy" with all his resources could have been wrong on Valeant?  That's how. JosephK.   You nailed it with your assessment of this article that has been plastered over our board this weekend.  You can see in the comment discussion that progressed after the ...more

Health123 - You know that GWL actually is insurance company with health plans that pays these pharma bills right? I think they know alot more about this industry than Ackman or anyone else on this board or SA for that matter. They increased their stake in CXR by over 600K shares after the AMCo acquisition. MT knows this industry inside out as well. I am sure he didn't buy AMCo in order to see ...more

Sorry, zero trust of seekingalpha, I won't even visit these guys. Self-serving shorter's paradise to munch on retail investors. Any chances of providing key points?
