Did company provide guidance for this upcoming Q?

AMCo. closed at the end of Oct. So I am assuming 2+ months numbers as combined company

That is correct. Guidance for 2016 only. Not by Quarter but you can assume that 1Q is not 2016/4 due to growth, however, I expect 2016 guidance to be reiterated or updated this week, maybe during CC.
